All digital items are non-refundable. All Physical items, we offer a 100 % money back guarantee. Shipping Fees will also not be eligible for refunds.

Return Eligibility

Physical items are eligible for a refund if they are defective of damaged. 

How to Initiate a return.

You can use the contact page to reach us or send us an email at millennialcomics93@gmail.com. In the subject line please title it "RETURN REQUEST" and include your order number. We also may need photo documentation of damage items before we initiate a return.

Time Line for Return. 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Method of Refund

Your refund will be sent to you in the method in which you paid. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
